The owner, Manny Fernandez, has dedicated his entire life to the family restaurant business. At just 14 years old, his culinary talent helped his family’s New York-based restaurant thrive. Now, decades later, Manny brings those same delicious, time-tested dishes to IL Montebello in Cape Cod.
